To solve that do the following steps:

1) Open the Firefox, you will see that with hide title bar
2) Press F1 twice, first to make it fullscreen and later to bring it back.
3) Press ALT + SPACE BAR and select “Unmaximaze”.
4) Close Firefox when still “Unmaximazed”.

Open it back and CHEERS!

To permanently fix this go to System – Preferences – CompizConfig Settings Manager – Workarounds (in utility section) and untick Legacy Fullscreen Support.
